We talked about this in Discord. It's a replacement for the lost "+" symbol in for example "L16+" from 2014 I guess.

Obviously, if you don't pay for a renewed subscribtion, then it will be revoked when the month ends.

Notice: The first payment should now proceed upon the pledge day, and the rewards should be provided within a day or two, lasting until the end of the month, so you can obtain rewards even if you pledge on 5th or 10th day, but accordingly if you pledge on the 25th and the payment is processed, you'll only get rewards for 5 days or so.
