Since last few days 2 shops near PNB are not restocking or refilling, They are Gold Shop and another one is Glynn's shop. I thought that someone must be just quick enough to buy stuff from them but today no one has been on apart from me and Jacob and none of us actually bought stuff from them , I believe they are bugged, Keeri can you please just take a look at them?

So, I think it's not for a specific shop location, it's for Gold Shop that is bugged. Before this location, Gold Shop was at the bank (smithie's shop) and was never producing any item.

shouldn't happen with new shop restock rotation, in which shops use the "always up-to-date" item name list, instead of a custom list
